How privately are my purchases shipped to me?

All of our products are shipped to you in a plain cardboard box or envelope with no identifying marks other than your address.
No one can tell what is in the box or where it came from. Your privacy is 100% assured, you can even have your package sent to your work.

How secure is my credit card information ordering online?

The credit card ordering takes place through the Ogone payment services provider, the globally recognized safe way to do transactions.
You are led to a secured page where you can fill in your details. You can verify that the page is secured by the padlock icon or a key icon in the lower left or lower right of your browser when you are entering your credit card information.

Additionally we do not store your credit card (CC) information, instead you will be asked to enter your CC for each order. Once we have processed your order all credit card details are destroyed.

What will my credit card statement show?

Your credit card statement will report your purchase as 'smartfetishandfantasy.eu'

How long does your shipping take?

We have a stock on some of our products, but chances are we have to produce your orders on your demand. We try to process the order within 48 hrs of receiving it, and try to have it produced and ready for shipment within 5 working days.

Domestic shipment (within The Netherlands) takes about 1 or 2 business days. International orders take a bit longer, and depend on the shipping method you defined on the order proces form.

We use UPS (United Parcel Service) for all our shipping services.
If you require goods within a certain time please let us know. We try our best to get the goods to you when requested, but once they leave our stockroom we have no control over the post office or courier services.

What methods of payment can I use?

We accept MasterCard and Visa payments.

What can I do if I don't want to order online?

Shipping Charges

The shipping charges depend on the weight of your order and preferred shipping method (UPS standard being the cheapest option for an average of about $15).

What happens if I want to cancel an order?

Canceling an order is, when not sent jet, free of charge.
When canceling an already sent order, you need  to deny it at delivery. In the event that  Smart Fetish en Fantasy V.O.F. has received your payment, we will return the deposited amount, if in good state, on recollection of the product. The shipping costs will be subtracted from the return payment (only when the order is denied at the door and returned to the delivery-service unopened).
